DEVOTED: A Journey of Generosity & Fellowship

Week One: Devoted to Presence

Scripture Focus: Acts 2:1–4, 42

What if generosity begins long before we ever open our wallets?

As Pastor Carl begins our new series, DEVOTED: A Journey of Generosity & Fellowship, we start with something simple but powerful: our presence.

In Acts 2, the early believers were “all in one place” when the Holy Spirit came upon them. Before they shared their resources, they shared their lives. Before generosity showed up in their giving, it showed up in their willingness to be present, together, and fully devoted to God and to one another.

Generosity doesn’t start in the wallet; it starts with our time, our attention, and our presence.

This Sunday, we’ll explore what it means to be truly present with God and with the community He has called us to. Because being devoted isn’t simply about what we give. It’s about where we show up, who we make room for, and how fully we live into the life God has invited us to share.

Come worship. Come connect. Come be present.
